Adds a field to PerformanceEntry objects to indicate the number of times that the user has navigated to the document, since it was loaded. This allows developers to reason about the performance timeline in the presence of back-forward cache navigations and single-page-app navigations. This count is set to 1 when the document is initially loaded, and incremented every time the user makes a navigation to the already-loaded document.
