HapticsDevice provides a uniform interface for accessing haptic features on a variety of devices including mobile devices, touchpads, styluses and game controllers. With HapticsDevice, web developers can access more haptic-enabled devices and use advanced features of those devices that were previously inaccessible. The API also provides a surface for adding future support for advanced haptic features.
